Belvoir Information Technology creates software products that are used by our business clients. It is important to us that we can communicate with our clients. We only contact individuals and organisations who enquire about our products or existing business clients (“opt in only”). We are open and clear about how your personal information may be used and will always respect any personal data you share with us and keep it safe.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties who work with us in our business to provide the products or services you have requested or are interested in, such as manufacturers and suppliers, couriers and delivery contractors.

Information about you is stored on computers located at our business location. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal data under our control. Only authorised personnel are authorised to access user information – all personal computers are password protected and we use a secure external network.

We will only keep your information for as long as we need it to communicate with you about our work. When we no longer need information or if individuals ask us not to contact them, we will remove it.

If you think any of the personal information we hold about you in inaccurate, you may also request it is corrected. You also have the right, in certain circumstances, to request us to stop processing your personal information
